Our recent presidential primary highlighted the cracks in New York’s antiquated election system. In this Voter Assistance Annual Report, we propose a series of basic reforms to vastly improve New Yorkers' voting experience and remove barriers to participation. The CFB, with the assistance of the Voter Assistance Advisory Committee (VAAC) works to ensure that every New Yorker makes their voice heard in elections. This report outlines the CFB’s efforts to engage, encourage, and inform NYC voters through its NYC Votes campaign.
